What HVAC services does Real Deal HVAC offer?

Heating (furnaces, boilers, heat pumps), cooling (air conditioners, ductless mini splits), water heaters (tank and tankless, including emergencies), ductwork and duct cleaning, indoor air quality equipment, thermostats, maintenance plans, and commercial HVAC including rooftop units.

Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes. Repair and maintenance is done on all makes and models. On new installations we most often fit Keeprite, York, Midea, Continental, Rinnai, Bradford White, GE and John Wood equipment, which is what our published pricing list is built around.

Do you do commercial work as well as residential?

Both. Commercial work covers rooftop units, packaged systems, make-up air, preventive maintenance contracts and emergency call-outs for offices, retail units, clinics, restaurants, plazas and warehouses.

Is there a charge to come out and look at the problem?

Our published air conditioning diagnostic is $165 + HST. Estimates on new installations and major equipment upgrades are free with no obligation. For other equipment, ask when you book so there is no surprise on the invoice.

Can I get a price without phoning?

Yes, two ways. The pricing list publishes real installed prices by size and brand, and the instant estimate tool asks two questions and gives you an installed price plus what it costs per month if you finance it.

Do you offer emergency service?

Calls are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No-heat, no-cool, water heater failures and suspected gas issues are treated as urgent.
